Wester Gallery Terms and Conditions 

Shipping & Delivery

For purchases made from Wester Gallery or our online stockroom, you are more than welcome to pick up directly from the gallery located in Newcastle West. 

For delivery we can provide a quote, please enquire via info@wester.gallery for more information. You are welcome to arrange your own shipping or organise pick up from the gallery. Please note Wester does not take responsibility for any damages incurred during transit if you have organised your own shipping arrangements. 

If you are purchasing an artwork and require international shipping, please enquire via info@wester.gallery for a shipping quote, based on artwork size, weight and delivery location.

Returns & Refunds

Please choose your piece carefully as unfortunately all purchases are non-refundable or able to be exchanged. 

Currency

All works both on the website and in the gallery are shown in Australian dollars (AUD).

Wester Gallery online store accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and debit cards. 

Security and Privacy

Wester Gallery is committed to protecting your privacy and security. The information gathered at checkout is used strictly for payment and dispatch of purchases made. Wester will keep client details strictly confidential and will not sell, loan or rent data to a third party in any instance. 

Wester website uses Stripe Payment Gateway for payment processing, Wester employees do not store credit card information or have access to this information.
